Iris Tam has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, including hospital pharmacy, managed care, and the biopharmaceutical industry.

In previous leadership roles at Genentech, Achaogen, and Otonomy, Iris developed and implemented Medical Affairs strategies and tactics that supported market access, product value, and patient quality of care, including accountabilities for medical communications, HEOR, AMCP dossiers, compendia submissions, guideline bodies engagement, and scientific payer communications. From 2008-2021, Iris served on the AMCP Format Executive Committee, which oversees the AMCP Format for Formulary Submissions, including serving as the Committee’s Chair. She continues to be an active member of AMCP.
